Welcome to celebrate the arrival of spring with us at Vårdberget! The Student Union’s biggest annual event, which has been celebrated for over 100 years, will once again take place this year in collaboration with YLE, Brahe Djäknar and Florakören.
When the flag procession arrives at Vårdberget, there will be speeches and the choirs will perform. You don’t want to miss the moment when thousands of students and friends hear the words “Students, spring is here” and simultaneously put on their graduation caps to welcome the very fact that spring is here!
The event starts at 6.00 p.m., but it’s good to arrive before that so you have time to find your friends and mingle. The programme ends at 7.00 p.m.
Dig out your graduation cap and your sunniest mood and come along to feel the spring atmosphere!
Directions: the event is being held below the Observatory. On foot, you can get there via, for example, Nylandsgatan, Djäknegränd or Tavastgatan. There are steps on these routes. From Sirkkalagatan and Kaskisgatan, there are routes without steps
