Spring is here and the biggest celebration of the season, vappen, is just around the corner! It’s time to dust off your graduation cap so that, after the celebrations at Vårberget, you can head down to Kåren for the May Day Eve’s dinner party!
The May Day Eve’s dinner party is a three-course meal featuring plenty of schnapps, lots of singing and a packed programme of entertainment together with ÅAS, ÖN, NN, Öffen, ÅSL and ÅsNa!
Registration opens on Thursday 2 April at noon (12.00) and closes on 18 April at 11.59 p.m. You can register via Lyyti.
What is Wappmiddagen (May Day Eve’s dinner party) and when is it?
The May Day Eve’s dinner is a three-course meal consisting of many snaps, lots of singing, and plenty of fun activities together with ÅAS, ÖN, NN, Öffen, ÅSL and ÅsNa!
There are 200 seats available for the dinner. The registration is open from 8 April at 12 p.m. 22 April at 11.59 p.m. Wednesday the 22 April is also the last day to cancel to get full compensation.
Accessibility
The event will take place in the Kåren-buildings banquet hall, on the second floor. There is a lift to the entrance and to the second floor. The lift door is 90 cm wide and does not open automatically. The outer doors to Kåren open automatically using the button on the left-hand side of the doors. An accessible toilet is available on the first floor. There are no thresholds on the second floor.
