Florakören warmly welcomes everyone to our autumn auditions!
The auditions are held on 8 September from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. and 14 September from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The location is Sibeliusmuseum, Biskopsgatan 17 in Åbo. Remember to register by filling out the form you can find on our homepage in the kategory “Sjung in”. A vocal warm up will be offered 15 minutes before the start of auditions to those interested.
NB! On the 14th you can drop in from 7 p.m. without having a reserved time for your audition. Make sure to show up no later than 7.15 p.m. to ensure an audition!
The audition only takes about 10 minutes, during which our conductor Hanna Kronqvist will check your vocal range (if you’re a soprano or alto), and ask you to do a few small music exercises. In the end you’ll also get to sing a song of your own choice.
The first rehearsal will be held on 15 September at 6–9 p.m.
