Meeting rooms

Information about meeting spaces in Vasa can be found on the Havtornen page (in Swedish). You can also contact the service expert in Vasa (havtornen@studentkaren.fi) for help with bookings in English.

At Kåren, there are several spaces suitable for meetings, parties, and other events. These spaces include: The ball room, upper assembly hall, Frimärksrummet, von Knorringska, Dining room, and Argentina hall.

Book premises at Kåren

Monday to Wednesday, 5 to 9 p.m.

Student Union members and ÅAS’ student associations can book rooms and other premises in advance for meetings and activities free of charge for Monday to Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (17.00-21.00) via kansli@studentkaren.fi.

Other times or purposes

Can be booked through Kårkafé Kåren’s Restaurant Manager, Anne Peltonen. Phone number: 02 215 3703 or email: anne.peltonen@abo.fi. Phone inquiries and bookings can be made on weekdays. Kårkafé Kåren also provides catering for all events held at Kåren.
