ÅAS organises a workshop for association Board Members and their designated Contact Persons on how to handle inappropriate behaviour and harassment.
The workshop focuses on the Board’s responsibilities, what the role of a Contact Person entails, and provides practical tips on how to address inappropriate behaviour or harassment. We will go through practical examples of how to manage inappropriate behaviour and guidelines regarding disciplinary actions.
The event is held in Swedish.
