Welcome to Lilla Wappen! 

It is time to put on your graduation cap one last time before it goes into hibernation. Because on Lilla Wappen we turn our caps around, and they will stay that way until May Day.  

Lilla Wappen is a more formal sitz, celebrating the arrival of autumn and the start of the new academic year! We celebrate with a three-course dinner that includes snaps, songs, and fun activities, organized in collaboration with the Student Union of Åbo Akademi University (ÅAS), Statsvetenskapliga klubben (SF), Merkantila klubben (MK), Kemistklubben (KK), and Humanistiska föreningen (HF). Join us in celebrating autumn together with students from social sciences, economics, chemistry, humanities, and many more! Everyone is welcome! 

The dinner party has room for 200 participants. Registration starts on Tuesday, 9 September at 1.00 p.m. and closes on Thursday, 18 September at 11.59 p.m. Thursday, 18 September is also the last day to cancel your registration for the event.

What? Lilla Wappen 2025!
When? 30 September! The doors to Kåren open at 5.00 p.m., and the first toast is at 6.00 p.m.
Where? In the atmospheric banquet hall at Kåren!
How? With an eager party spirit, graduation cap, dressed in business casual/cocktail attire
Price? 55€ per person 

Accessibility: Lilla Wappen is held on the second floor of the Kåren building. There is an elevator to the entrance and to the second floor. The elevator door is 90 cm wide and does not open automatically. The front doors open automatically through the button on the left side of the door. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor. There are no thresholds on the second floor.
