Warmly welcome to the Freshers’ Fair in Åbo. This year the Freshers’ Fair takes place on 17 September from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Kåren (Tavastgatan 22).
Are you new to student life and curious about student associations at ÅAU? Then the Freshers’ Fair is the place to be! At the Freshers’ Fair, associations will present their activities, sell overalls patches, memberships, and much more.
If you’re already familiar with student life, this is where you should come to make sure your overalls get properly decked out for the autumn’s events, renew your association memberships, and maybe even join another fun association!
Participation in the fair itself is free, but it might be a good idea to bring some money if you want to buy overalls patches or similar items from the various associations. MobilePay usually works for most associations as well!

Accessibility: The Freshers’ Fair is held on the second floor of the Kåren building. There is an elevator to the entrance and to the second floor. The elevator door is 90 cm wide and does not open automatically. The front doors open automatically through the button on the left side of the door. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor. There are no thresholds on the second floor.
