Welcome to the election panel! On Tuesday, 25 March, from 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m., ÅAS is organising an election panel to prepare for the upcoming county and municipal elections at Tiljan, Åbo Svenska Teater.
During the panel, invited candidates from both elections will discuss and answer questions relevant to students. There will also be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions during the event. Participation is free of charge, and no registration is required.
The parties and their candidates are as follows
Swedish People’s Party – Emelie Jäntti (candidate in both elections)
The National Coalition – Sebastian Karlsson (candidate in municipal elections)
The Left Alliance – Johan Ekman (candidate in both elections)
The Greens – Milja Lempinen (candidate in municipal elections), information will be updated later (candidate in county elections)
Christian Democrats – Tommy Björkskog (candidate in both elections)
The Centre Party – Fanny Storgårds (candidate in both elections)
Entrance to the election panel
You can find the entrance to Tiljan at Auragatan 10. An entrance for visitors with disabilities can be found next to our box office in the Thalia-part of the Hansa shopping mall. Contact the theatre’s office beforehand or one of their ushers on arrival, they are happy to help!
